All SALES ARE FINAL . In the case there is a defective/wrong item is sent, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to the customer!

If a package returns to us because the customer put an incorrect address, that customer is responsible for paying the shipping to re-ship a second time. Please double check your shipping address. 

Also we are not responsible for lost packages on the behalf of the delivery partner.
